How do I sign in?

1. Go to the family site and click Sign in.
2. Type the email address the family has for you, and click Send my code.
3. Check that email. A message from WIBSCO Family Farm has a 6-digit number in it.
4. Type the number on the site and click Sign in.

There's no password to remember. You stay signed in on that phone or computer for 30 days, and longer if you keep visiting. Each code works once and only for 15 minutes, so if one is old, ask for a new one.

I didn't get a code

• Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder. In Gmail, also look under Promotions.
• Check the address. It has to be the one the family list has for you. Some people have more than one email.
• New address? If you got married, grew up and got your own email, or just changed addresses, use Ask to join. An admin adds you, and you'll get an email when you can sign in.

How do I add photos?

1. Sign in and click Photos at the top.
2. Open the album the photos belong in, like a reunion or holidays.
3. Click Add photos, then pick one or several from your phone or computer.

Phone pictures are fine. The site shrinks them before uploading, so it's quick. To put photos on someone's family page, open their page and click Add photos there.

What is the Kitchen Table?

It's where the family catches up, like sitting around the kitchen table at the farm. Click Kitchen Table, then Start a conversation to share news, ask a question or post a photo. To answer someone, open their conversation and type in the reply box at the bottom.

When someone replies to a conversation you started or joined, the site emails you, so you don't have to keep checking.

How do I fix my address or phone number?

Click Family, find your name, and open your page. Click Edit details to change your address, phone, email or story. You can edit your own page, your spouse's, and your children's. On your page, each card has its own Edit button. If something else in the family tree is wrong, email the address at the bottom of this page.

How do I reserve the farm?

Click The Farm, then Reserve the farm. Pick your dates, say how many are coming and why, and send it. You'll get an email within about a day, with the door code if it's approved.

Plans changed? Your requests are listed under Your reservations on the Farm page, each with a Cancel link. Please cancel if you won't use the dates, so someone else can.

Can I get the farm calendar on my phone?

Yes. Click Calendar, then Add to my phone. Tap the button for your kind of phone. Gatherings and reservations then show up in your phone's own calendar and update by themselves. You can also add every family birthday and anniversary.

What emails will I get?

• Sign-in codes, when you ask for one.
• The monthly roundup on the 1st of each month: new posts and photos, and the month's birthdays.
• Replies in conversations you're part of.
• Family announcements now and then.

To pick which ones you get, click your name at the top right, then use Emails from the site. Every email also has a link at the bottom to turn that kind off.

Who do I ask?

Email wibsco.farm@gmail.com. That reaches the people who run the family site and the farm. If you can, say what you were trying to do and what you saw. A screenshot helps a lot.
